About Dr. Dorrance

Dr. Dorrance obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen's University in Canada and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern. He grew up in Canada but has lived in North Carolina since 1995. His family now resides in Wake Forest although he continues in active practice in Henderson. He is a member of both the American and North Carolina Chiropractic Associations and is the co-owner and founder of Premier Chiropractic.

Dr. Dorrance is an avid reader, traveler, runner and sports enthusiast and is currently the track and field coach at Kerr Vance Academy in Henderson where his eldest of 3 sons attends high school. He has competed in many road racing events and completed the Marine Corps Marathon in 2005. His other pastimes include playing hockey in the men's league in Wake Forest, weight training, and attending home games for the Carolina Hurricanes.
